Great sandwiches. I've had many different varieties of sandwiches and everyone has been delicious. The sandwiches are big. You definitely get your money's worth. And the fresh cut fries are amazing.

Wow, first I must say I love fresh made in house fries, and that is what they make here. I ordered the hard hat for dinner and a Dagwood for lunch/dinner the next day.
The hard hat is two hamburger patties, salami, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and cheese. YUM. And did I mention they make their fries in house.... well they do... YUMMY.
The Dagwood looks amazing and smells better, unless for some reason it tastes like something from a fast food restaurant you will not hear more on this review, unless of course I get lucky with work and I have to come back to the area; then I will be back and try something else on the menu.
The food here so far is worth every penny, and I highly recommend this place for your food needs.. -

Have been wanting to come here ever since I moved to Parma about 2 years ago, and haven't had the opportunity until recently. I had always heard good things about this place, but also figured that only being open for lunch and during weekdays, that the food must be good enough to keep them open.
We came here for lunch on a Friday, and it was pretty busy. We had to wait a little for our food, but nothing unreasonable given how busy it was. I had the hot pastrami sandwich, and my fiance had the turkey sandwich while we split an order of onion rings. The onion rings were fine, nothing special. My sandwich was good. The real draw for me to return came from my fiance's turkey sandwich. The main draw here was the fresh, thick-cut, Italian bread the sandwich was on. Bread can make or break a sandwich shop, and this makes the place.
Definitely a place I would return to. Prices were pretty reasonable. When I do return, I would definitely order a deli-style sandwich to take advantage of the fresh bread. -

Old school delight! Have to get there between 10-4 but it is worth it! Got the Dagwood & The Hard Hat and it fed 4!

I will never go back here again. I stopped in with my mom to get a hard hat and fries after not having it for years, as we always enjoyed it. The first thing I immediately noticed was the filthy tables and floor. The tables had grease and crumbs and the floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in a while. As if that wasn't enough, the man behind the counter was extremely rude when my mom specified what she wanted on her sandwich, like she should know everything that comes on it. My mom had apologized for not knowing and he replied "I don't care." He treated all the regular male patrons with respect, but I guess it's too much to ask to be nice to someone new who is being polite and patronizing YOUR restaurant. We should've just walked out of there at that point, but we still decided to give it a chance. We got our food and it was extremely underwhelming. Barely anything on the sandwich and over greasy fries. From now on, I'll just be patronizing Mr Hero for a delicious romanburger or one of the many other local delis that actually value their customers.
